ATTENTION: NEW FIRE ALARM CONTRACT CODE REQUIREMENT
As of September 14th, 2009, all properties in Miami Dade County with an existing Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler system will be required to obtain a UL/FM Fire Alarm Runner Service maintenance contract with a certified Fire Alarm company.
